Goal achieved! And what a milestone! The Vermillion Coast is magnificent, and this cape is its final point. Spain is right there, next door, a pass to go for a drink in Portbou or return to beautiful Cerbère? Cerbère is my preference, where I recommend the inland walk.

The original Marian shrine "La SALETTE", which is referred to in this patronage, is located in the French Alps (Grenoble district) and is an important Marian shrine, even if it is nowhere near as well known as other pilgrimage sites in honor of the Mother of God - such as Lourdes in the French Pyrenees or Fatima in Portugal. Paulilles Cove is a beautiful place to explore the Catalan coast and its rocky surroundings. There is even a beach where you can rest after walking.

Superb trail. Be careful with small legs, there are many fairly high steps.
