The monument to the ancestors of the Gleiss lordship provides insight into the history of the castle and the community of Sonntagberg. Behind it lies the entrance to the remains of the castle ruins.

At the lower hairpin bend, the trees offer a clear view of Rosenau in the Ybbstal valley and, above all, of the hills opposite the Sonntagberg - in the background left is the Blümelsberg above Seitenstetten, in the front is the village of Adersdorf on the slope of the Galgenbühel.

The magnificent viewpoint above Biberbach is also beautifully decorated as a rest area with a wooden pear "Heart of the Mostviertel" and a panorama board 👍

After the steep climb up from the Ybbstal valley, you can enjoy the view of the Sonntagberg and Ybbstal valley as well as the view to the north over the Mostviertel region between Haag and Amstetten.

A memorial stone was erected at the Gehartsberg lookout point in honor of honorary citizen Karl Lammerhuber, offering a magnificent view of Biberbach. The conglomerate stone measures approximately 1.3 x 1.3 x 0.7 meters and rests on a foundation of sandstone slabs. On the roadside, a metal plaque bearing the inscription "Karl Lammerhuber View, Municipality of Biberbach, September 2000" commemorates the popular local historian. With the opening of the Heart of the Mostviertel long-distance hiking trail in 2025, this spot was expanded into a lovingly designed rest area – a place to linger and enjoy the view.
