Located near Artemare, the Cerveyrieu waterfall is impressive with its wide curtain of water cascading down from a limestone cliff. This site, classified as a "sensitive natural area," is ideal for a break.

Small chapel dating from 1670 near a fountain, the end of the Roman aqueduct which crosses the village of Vieu and crosses this small cliff. Very beautiful viewpoint towards the south nearby.

The source of the Groin is one of the geological curiosities of Valromey, labeled "Sensitive Natural Area" by the Department of Ain. The waters that come out of the basin come from underground streams formed by the infiltration of rainwater from Haut-Valromey and the Plateau de Retord. Depending on the period (dry or rainy), the basin is more or less full of water, or even empty. The differences in level are impressive.
