It's not really a highlight, but there's no other way to draw attention to it. As of September 2025, this section of the trail isn't easy to navigate. It's quite steep, and the gravel is rough and deep. With a mountain bike, especially an eMTB, it's no problem; for all other bikes, it's more of a push-along section.

A very beautiful, tranquil pond in the middle of the forest. A small bench for a break along the path and a short trail up the slope for a better view of the pond.

Former imperial abbey with monastery church and the entire monastery courtyard facilities with many explanatory panels, worth a visit.

The Iller cycle path is really very beautiful. Many kilometers endlessly along the Iller

To the left and right you can see great views down to the Iller. The bridge connects Baden-Württemberg with Bavaria. On the bridge there is a symbol of a Roman helmet with the inscription Caelius mons.. a fort built by the Romans in the third century AD.. Which stood here on the Kellermünzer plateau.
