Rhinau is located directly on the Rhine, approx. 30km south of Strasbourg. It is probably the only remaining municipality on the left bank of the Rhine that still has its areas on the right bank of the Rhine, which are a community-free area of Baden-Württemberg and largely belong to the Taubergiessen nature reserve. It's not just the place that needs to be discovered, but above all the surrounding area. Several nature reserves on the French and German sides invite you to visit them by bike or on foot. Not to forget the free Rhine ferry that runs here every quarter of an hour.
