Very good in very dry weather

Founded in 1889, this abbey was built in the Gothic style. Listed as a Historic Monument, it consists of several buildings, including two castles. Today, it is home to around twenty Benedictine nuns of all ages. The monastery is partially open to the public: the abbey church, parlor, and shop are accessible.

Setques is located in the Aa valley and has a church dedicated to St-Omer from the 18th century

The Hardelot National Forest is a former royal domain that became state property after the French Revolution. It is home to a rich plant and animal biodiversity, such as the royal fern, the rose pimpinelle, the whiskered bat, the red-eared tree frog and the black woodpecker.

This village is a place of pilgrimage for St. Gangulphus and keeps alive the memory of the work of Sainte-Beuve. His parents are buried here. There is also a seventeenth century castle and a medieval castle.

This market town is famous for its strawberries, which have been cultivated for over a century. There is also an annual Strawberry Festival celebrated throughout the region. The Grand'Place, the rectangular village square, is lined with old houses, mainly from the 18th century. Samer owes its name to H. Wulmaars, a monk who founded a Benedictine abbey here in the 7th century.
