There's no longer a swimming lake here; it's all overgrown. Nothing is dammed anymore. It must have been beautiful here once.

View of these astonishing natural structures called "fairy chimneys." It's a unique landscape with colorful reliefs that water has formed in clay and sand, torn from the Pyrenees and deposited in the Tet Valley over the course of 5 million years.

The reservoir is filled by the Agly and the water is used in many vineyards.

Beautiful view of the stunning fairy chimneys from the road. These amazing natural structures are cliffs of clay and sand that have been sculpted by rainwater.

The fortified fence of the village had four towers and seven gates. Three gates and two towers have survived to this day, as well as a large part of the defensive walls.

I stopped there for a quick drink (without alcohol :p) before attacking the Roca Jalera pass. It's a very nice place, the owner is very nice and he even did me the favor of filling my bottles with fresh water and ice cubes please! Thanks again you'll see me again :)
