This bike path is very beautiful. It mostly runs along the river. It's also very suitable for family tours.

Blue descent from Puc du Jer. Quite challenging and rocky for a blue descent, with a few jump-off points. Fun!

There is also ample parking here, although it can be busy on hot days when the pool is open.

At this point most of the mountain bike routes that run through the vallée des gaves start. There is a large parking lot so it is a good starting point for a nice mountain bike route.
