nice relaxing hike (down the mountain) not far from Lourdes

Nice bridge with a beautiful view, the river is very nice too!

Quite a difficult climb but it's quite easy to do (you might have to push the bike if you're not in good shape). Very pleasant descent, pleasant road and beautiful view.

Blue descent from Puc du Jer. Quite challenging and rocky for a blue descent, with a few jump-off points. Fun!

There is also ample parking here, although it can be busy on hot days when the pool is open.

Single track from the valley towards the village of Viger, at the end there are some obstacles such as a barrier, a mountain of branches and a swing that have been placed on the path.

At this point most of the mountain bike routes that run through the vallée des gaves start. There is a large parking lot so it is a good starting point for a nice mountain bike route.
