The Grand-Place in Arras is a public urban square in the commune of Arras in the Hauts-de-France region. It is a rectangular square with an area of 17,664 m² and a length of 184 meters and a width of 96 meters. The square is connected to Place des Héros via Rue de la Taillerie. The square is of the Grand-Place type and has a completely mineral appearance that can be found in many cities in the old Netherlands. It is the historical and most important place of the city.

The Chapel, built in 1624, is located on the edge of the lands of Etrun Abbey, and visible along the old Gallo-Roman road. According to legend, the chapel was built on this location to respect the wishes of two nuns.
