    Non il parco più bello di Berlino, ma comunque i polmoni verdi (e polverosi) di Kreuzberg SO36. Nel frattempo la reputazione è leggermente migliorata e in estate le famiglie trascorrono nuovamente il pomeriggio sui prati del parco.

    Questo lungo e esteso spazio verde non può più essere riconosciuto come se avesse utilizzato la sua antica importanza. C'era un capolinea potente qui, da dove passavano i treni per il sud-est e la Slesia. Dopo la divisione della Germania e la costruzione del Muro, perse importanza e fu gradualmente rimosso negli anni '60. Il parco esiste dagli anni '80 e termina in un ponte ferroviario preservato sul canale Landwehr, oggi riservato ai pedoni.
