    Il birrificio Hoh esiste dal 1775. La classica tra le birre del mastro birraio J. Seeber è la Ur-Kö con una gradazione alcolica di 5,4%. I polli al pepe sono leggendari e in estate ci si può sedere in una piccola birreria all'aperto.

    In occasione di un birrificio, non posso resistere - da un punto di vista prettamente letterario - e devo citare brevemente l'umorista Heinz Erhardt (1909 - 1979), che ammiro e che era noto ad un vasto pubblico per le sue battute di parole e "Poesia Noch'n", citazione con una delle sue – rarissime – rime:

    Famosa patria del pollo al pepe 👌🏼😉 Ai tempi del Corona attuale, una meravigliosa sosta con birra da asporto 👍🏼☺️ Ma attenzione: la birra è relativamente forte... quindi l'uno o l'altro commilitone è già sulla strada per Gügel / Giechburg è salito un po' strano 😇
