Portare gli ingredienti per i pasti in questi rifugi di montagna è incredibilmente costoso. In alcuni rifugi questo deve essere fatto in elicottero.
Nella maggior parte dei rifugi di montagna c'è solo un "Bergsteiger-Essen" offerto e nient'altro, nessuna opzione vegana o vegetariana, perché semplicemente non funziona come un ristorante in città con una grande infrastruttura e un supermercato accanto.
Fortunatamente la maggior parte degli amanti della montagna saprà come prendere la tua recensione. Ti auguro il meglio.
