    Escursionismo

    Solo un piccolo sentiero conduce sul Nonnenstromberg. Ma poi è abbastanza facile da trovare: il sentiero escursionistico a lunga distanza Rheinsteig lo costeggia. Seguiamo semplicemente il cartello Rheinstieg.

    Il Nonnenstromberg, alto 335 metri, è una delle sette montagne omonime del Siebengebirge. Secondo una leggenda tradizionale, il nome deriva da due pie donne che vi si rifugiarono durante le crociate. Risale infatti al medioevo, quando il vicino Petersberg era ancora chiamato Stromberg.
