Il mulino "'t Welvaaren" a Grijpskerke è stato costruito nel 1801 e si trova in Molenstraat 8. Nel 1997 ha avuto luogo un restauro del mulino. Le pale del mulino a vento hanno un diametro di 21,7 m, ma il mulino non è in grado di macinare poiché il cofano non può ruotare liberamente a causa della casa annessa.
