Is Postojna Cave accessible for visitors with mobility challenges or wheelchairs?

Postojna Cave strives to be accessible. While the walking portion includes an initial incline and decline, visitors with mobility concerns or those using wheelchairs have the option to remain on the underground train for the entire duration of the ride, still enjoying significant parts of the cave. Are dogs allowed inside Postojna Cave?
