Costruita da San David, il santo patrono del Galles, la cattedrale è un luogo di pellegrinaggio e culto da oltre 800 anni. Situata sul sito di un precedente monastero del VI secolo, la costruzione dell'attuale cattedrale iniziò intorno al 1180. Oggi la cattedrale, a cui si accede gratuitamente, è un luogo spirituale e sereno da esplorare.

Una bellissima cattedrale proprio nel centro di St David's... questo è ciò che conferisce a St David's lo status di città, pur essendo la città più piccola del Regno Unito! È un posto incantevole in cui passeggiare e c'è un ruscello che scorre con panchine per sedersi e ammirare il paesaggio.
