La banda contadina deve la sua attuale condizione ad un'iniziativa privata. Con contratto (11 novembre 1996) la Congregazione ecclesiastica ha ceduto l'uso della cappella a scopo di ristrutturazione per un periodo di cinque anni. Già il 3 di Avvento 1998 è stata riconsacrata e restituita alla parrocchia.
