    Escursionismo

    Maestoso castello dal quale si gode uno splendido panorama, un'associazione di volontari si occupa del restauro di questo luogo ricco di storia. Inoltre, ha un grande parco circondato da mura dove c'è una bella cappella. Ci sono panchine da picnic, alberi, ... in breve, un posto molto rilassante e molto piacevole da visitare, sia la prima che la centesima volta.

    Le rovine tortuose sono molto belle da esplorare. Oltre al complesso principale, si trovano anche la Chapelle St-Valentin e la Hunger Tower. Ci sono diverse opzioni per un picnic in tutta la zona.

    Il castello di Guirbaden è la più grande fortificazione medievale dell'Alsazia. Dal 1219 Federico II di Staufen costruì con grande impegno nel castello di Guirbaden un palazzo dall'aspetto sontuoso, il più grande dell'Alsazia.
    Il castello di Guirbaden è raggiungibile tramite sentieri escursionistici da Mollkirch a est, Grendelbruch a ovest, Fischhütte a sud e Floessplatz nella Breuschtal a nord.
