    Nel 1801, il dipartimento di Twee Neten (l'attuale provincia di Anversa) diede il permesso di erigere un mulino a vento per il grano a Terlo. Quattro anni dopo venne aggiunto un frantoio.
    Nel 1875 il mulino in legno venne sostituito dall'attuale mulino in pietra. Dopo il 1961 il mulino fu trasformato in una casa di vacanza. Esternamente il mulino, con la sua suggestiva verniciatura, è in ottime condizioni, ma internamente non è più adatto alla macinazione.
