Con il palco dell'orchestra, la fontana, il monumento alle vittime delle due guerre, le vecchie case e la chiesa, il cui interno barocco è classificato monumento, la piazza più grande della regione forma un insieme architettonico bello e omogeneo. I suoi castelli, di cui il Castello Streverstrop è il più famoso, testimoniano un passato ricco di storia.
Bellissime passeggiate nelle varie frazioni permettono di scoprire nuovi panorami, soprattutto sul Te Berg.
