    Il ponte Ortiz nel centro della città di Cali è stato il primo attraversamento del fiume Rio Cali. Il ponte fu costruito tra il 1835 e il 1845 dal frate francescano Fray José Ignacio Ortiz di Candelaria, che era un ingegnere dilettante. Il ponte è ora un monumento nazionale della Colombia. Dal ponte si gode una bellissima vista sul Rio Cali, sulla Iglesia La Ermita e sul Parque de la Retreta.
