Oggi metà del castello è di proprietà privata della famiglia Huemer e l'altra metà appartiene all'arcidiocesi di Vienna. La parte privata è stata ristrutturata da un rudere a caro prezzo negli anni '80. L'altra metà è la canonica, anch'essa in fase di ristrutturazione dal 2003/04.
