    La costruzione della basilica iniziò nel 1924 e fu completata solo nel 1967. Con una capienza di 10.000 persone, di cui 3.000 posti a sedere, l'edificio sacro è una delle chiese più grandi del mondo e la più grande del Canada. Gli architetti della chiesa sono Dalbé Viau e Alphonse Venne.

    Un'altra chiesa non necessaria ma enorme che occupa una splendida posizione. La chiesa in sé non può fare molto, è piuttosto semplice, nemmeno il solito sfarzo. Nella zona d'ingresso ci sono delle cornici per foto piuttosto divertenti con un Gesù dalla pelle molto chiara, che non si adatta assolutamente allo scenario della zona di Gerusalemme.
    Puoi fare un'escursione su per la collina o prendere un bus navetta gratuito. La stazione inferiore si trova nell'angolo occidentale dell'area.
