    La grotta in sé non è spettacolare: una piccola stanza rupestre, di pochi metri quadrati, non illuminata. Con il LED lampeggiante dello smartphone puoi distinguere i contorni all'interno.

    A giudicare da ciò, le scale di pietra che portano alla grotta sono fatte con molta cura, è proprio bello lì! Questo non è prevedibile quando ci si avvicina alla salita dalla strada sul sentiero sterrato. E lassù hai una vista molto bella sull'altopiano di Lasithi!

    Una bella esperienza complessiva da non perdere se stai comunque curvando intorno all'altopiano di Lasithi.

    Sebbene la grotta appaia poco appariscente, vi sono stati rinvenuti reperti risalenti all'età del bronzo, e sembra che all'epoca fosse piuttosto importante. Basta cercare la grotta online per trovare maggiori informazioni. Il sentiero è ben tenuto e la salita non è molto lunga, ma piuttosto ripida. Potrebbe rappresentare una sfida per chi ha problemi circolatori e scarsa forma fisica.
