Il Curator Cafe è una grande caffetteria artigianale a Totnes. Arrostiscono e vendono caffè in grani (o macinato), nonché ottime tazze di caffè, torte e pasti leggeri. Alcuni posti a sedere all'aperto e molti posti a sedere all'interno. Molto amichevole.

    Domande frequenti

What makes The Curator Cafe's coffee unique?

The Curator Cafe is renowned for its unique wood-roasted coffee. Following a Northern Italian tradition, they use a bespoke, wood-fuelled roaster in Totnes, making them one of the first in the UK to do so. This slower roasting process, using sustainable local oak, retains more natural oils, resulting in a less acidic, smoother finish with a distinctive velvet taste. They ethically source specialty beans, often single-origin, ensuring fair pricing for farmers.
