    Il viadotto di Ormaiztegi (inaugurato il 15 agosto 1864) è il simbolo più emblematico della città. Progettato dall'ingegnere Alexander Lavalley, predecessore di Gustave Eiffel, sorge in uno splendido paesaggio con vista sul fiume Eztanda.

    È la struttura più importante della linea ferroviaria Madrid-Parigi, con i suoi 289 metri di lunghezza e 34 metri di altezza. Le sue 18.000 tonnellate sono sostenute da quattro pilastri. Il doppio binario fu installato nel 1912 ed elettrificato nel 1928.
