    Il tunnel dell'acqua potabile, che si estende per 950 m nel massiccio del Bettelwurf, è stato costruito tra il 1995 e il 2002. I proprietari della struttura sono il comune di Absam e il comune di Hall. L'acqua potabile raccolta è incolore, limpida, inodore e fresca di circa 5°C. È un'acqua leggermente alcalina classificata dolce (5 dh°) in termini di durezza. Poiché l'acqua viene raccolta direttamente nel calcare del Wetterstein, non ci sono influenze esterne.
