    Risalente al XVI secolo, il Moulin de la Falaise è un antico mulino “petit-pied” situato sulla collina di Guérande, chiamato mulino Sainte-Espérance. Fu smantellato da un appassionato di mulini e ricostruito identico nel 1925 nella sua posizione attuale sulla duna di Falaise. Successivamente venne lasciato abbandonato per diversi anni e perse addirittura il tetto e la struttura durante un incendio nel 1978. Oggi ristrutturato, il Mulino è circondato da uno spazio naturale da riscoprire dove vivono centinaia di rare specie di orchidee selvatiche e una fauna molto varia.
