    Il banchiere berlinese Wilhelm Goldmann (1833-1931) aveva vissuto per decenni a Friedrichshagen in Kaiserstrasse 2/4 (oggi Bruno-Wille-Strasse 8) ogni estate. Nel 1914, dopo lunghe trattative, il comune di Friedrichshagen rilevò il Goldmannschen Park, una proprietà simile a un parco tra Kastanienallee e l'ex estesa Kurzen Straße, e gli appezzamenti di case associati in cambio di una pensione vitalizia per il precedente proprietario. Goldmann fu sepolto a Friedrichshagen nel cimitero di Christophorus. Al parco fu probabilmente dato il nome di "Goldmannpark" intorno al 1914.
