Abbiamo potuto incontrare Bruno van Eguisheim sulla piacevole piazza. Si trova al centro dell'intelaiatura della fontana. Fu fatto papa nel 1049 con il nome di Leone IX ed è meglio conosciuto come il papa viaggiatore. Conciliante, ha viaggiato attraverso l'Europa medievale per il restauro della Chiesa.
