Are there any specific rules or considerations for bringing dogs to the garden?

The Forstbotanischer Garten Erbsland is known to be dog-friendly, as it is not fenced and allows for open access. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors and to protect the natural environment, it's always recommended to keep dogs on a leash and to clean up after them.

Are there any viewpoints or specific natural features to seek out within the garden?

The primary natural features are the impressive, towering trees themselves, some of which are over a century old. The garden's design encourages visitors to wander and discover these unique specimens, rather than focusing on specific panoramic viewpoints. The historical significance of the experimental plantings also adds to the unique character of the landscape.
