    Landguard Fort risale al 16° secolo ma non è mai veramente caduto in disuso, nonostante i suoi numerosi restauri. Il suo interno è in gran parte vittoriano, ma ha un esterno più moderno ed è stato costantemente occupato durante entrambe le guerre mondiali. All'interno c'è un affascinante museo.
