    Il vecchio tiglio fu piantato probabilmente all'inizio del XIX secolo all'interno della torre difensiva dello Steinsberg. Protetto come monumento naturale, le radici hanno danneggiato in modo significativo le mura della torre del castello nel corso degli anni. Un fulmine, tra le altre cose, ha danneggiato l'albero. Ora è morto e funge da habitat per una rara popolazione di coleotteri.
