    Sant Pere del Pla de l'Arca si trova nella conca più alta del Llobregat d'Empordà. Circondata da boschi di querce e piccoli campi, era una chiesa a navata unica con abside a ferro di cavallo. Il suo ambiente è stato gravemente danneggiato dal vento e dagli incendi boschivi, con particolare gravità nel 1986 e nel 2012.
