    Qui c'era un'ex area mineraria per il carbone di proprietà della società Habich di Veckerhagen. Era una lignite molto morbida. La fabbrica di vernici ha utilizzato il carbone per produrre il loro famoso colore Kasselerbraun. L'azienda esiste ancora oggi a Veckerhagen. Oltre ad una bacheca informativa, c'è anche un bel rifugio.
