    Distretto di Palma dove trovavano casa i marittimi e i pescatori. Architettura nelle prime file significativamente diversa rispetto all'area più ampia.

    Santa Catalina è uno dei quartieri più attraenti della città, con un'atmosfera da villaggio che combina caratteristiche e stili di vita antichi e moderni. Situato vicino al mare e intitolato a un ex ospedale dedicato a Santa Catalina d'Alessandria (patrona dei commercianti e dei marinai), un tempo ospitava le case dei pescatori. In questa zona vivevano anche cordai e mugnai e nella zona si trovano ancora i mulini a vento del XVIII secolo
    C/Industria e Es Jonquet.
