    A 2.789 piedi (850 m), Elk Mountain si erge sopra gli alberi nella foresta statale di Tillamook insieme al suo vicino più alto, Kings Mountain. Il sentiero per raggiungere la vetta è impegnativo ma assolutamente stupendo. I panorami sono di vasta portata e rivelano quanto sia vasta questa foresta.
