    Il palazzo industriale della famiglia cartaria Zanders fu costruito come residenza di città dal 1873 al 1874 nello stile del Rinascimento francese. Originariamente era al centro di un parco, di cui sono sopravvissuti solo i resti. La famiglia Zanders viveva qui.
