    È un convento dell'Ordine Domenicano. La sua costruzione fu eseguita tra il XVI e il XVII secolo. È in stile gotico, ma la sua decorazione è plateresca e barocca. La chiesa ha una pianta a croce latina, ad una sola navata, all'interno della quale spicca la sua pala d'altare barocca con colonne salomoniche, opera di José de Churriguera. La tela principale rappresenta la scena del martirio di Santo Stefano, opera di Claudio Coello. L'edificio ha tre chiostri, il più interessante è quello dei Re.
