Perched at an elevation of 55 meters on the southwestern coast of Gozo, Malta, Mġarr ix-Xini Tower is a significant historical coastal watchtower. This man-made monument, known locally as Torri ta' Mġarr ix-Xini, stands guard over the entrance to the picturesque Mġarr ix-Xini Bay, within the limits of Għajnsielem. Completed in 1661 by the Knights of Malta, it is the largest of the surviving watchtowers on Gozo and offers a tangible link to the island's defensive past.
