The Rinnerhütte is a welcoming mountain hut nestled at 1,473 meters in the western part of Austria's Totes Gebirge (Dead Mountains), within the scenic Salzkammergut region of Upper Austria. Managed by the Bergsteigerbund Ebensee, this traditional Schutzhaus serves as a popular resting point and an excellent base for exploring the surrounding alpine landscape. Its "house mountain" is the impressive Rinnerkogel, a 2,012-meter peak that stands proudly southwest of the hut.

    La Rinnerhütte si trova nei Monti Morti ed è raggiungibile con un'escursione di due ore e mezza da Offensee. Questo sentiero escursionistico può essere percorso bene anche con i bambini, ma dovresti pianificare circa quattro ore per la salita. Il rifugio è particolarmente adatto alle famiglie e la natura circostante è un vero paradiso per esploratori di tutte le età.
