Lo Schattenburg domina la città e fu sede dei Conti di Montfort fino alla fine del XIV secolo. Il mastio, la parte più alta dello Schattenburg, è una piattaforma panoramica e consente una vista su tutta Feldkirch. Particolarmente interessante per gli amici del castello, in quanto il complesso è rimasto pressoché inalterato nonostante alcuni ampliamenti. Qui troverai anche il Museo Schattenburg e una locanda che ti invita a soffermarti ed è famosa per la sua cotoletta gigante.
