    Escursionismo

    Il ponte dei Nibelunghi a Linz collega il centro città e i quartieri di Urfahr. Il ponte fu costruito tra il 1938 e il 1940 proprio accanto al luogo in cui intorno al 1500 fu costruito il primo e per lungo tempo unico ponte di Linz.     Questo ponte è una catastrofe ciclistica!!! Per molti anni, ciclisti e pedoni hanno dovuto guidare/camminare molto vicini l'uno all'altro e avere accanto a loro un intenso traffico automobilistico. Un piccolo errore di guida e cadi dall'alto cordolo sulla carreggiata. Un tipico esempio di come molti soldi vengano spesi per il traffico automobilistico, ma molto meno per piste ciclabili buone e sicure che dovrebbero servire il traffico quotidiano! La nuova colorazione rossa della pista ciclabile non mostra proprio che sia troppo stretta!

    È uno spettacolo bellissimo quando attraversi il ponte sul Danubio e vedi la piazza principale. Quello che non è così bello è il traffico molto denso, come già accennato.
