Un po' difficile da raggiungere a causa della stretta strada sterrata - in auto avresti davvero bisogno di una trazione integrale. Forse a causa di quella difficoltà il giorno in cui sono andato ero praticamente da solo lì, il che rende tutto ancora più piacevole

    Dopo un miglio attraverso i boschi su una strada sterrata, sono stato trattato in questo splendido rifugio con accesso all'oceano e allo stagno di acqua salata circondato da dune e vegetazione di palude salata. Tieni presente che il percorso pubblicato indica una strada di ritorno non accessibile, quindi devi ripercorrere alcuni dei tuoi passi e hai sicuramente bisogno di gravel o mountain bike da visitare, ma ne vale la pena. E metti da parte almeno un po' di tempo per entrare nel rifugio perché non puoi portare la bici oltre il parcheggio.
