    Karel Frans Gommaar Buls (francese: Charles François Gommaire Buls; 13 ottobre 1837 - 13 luglio 1914) è stato un politico liberale belga e sindaco della città di Bruxelles.

    Fu sepolto nel cimitero di Bruxelles a Evere. Nel 1999 è stata allestita una fontana in onore di Karel Buls sul Grasmarkt a Bruxelles, dove si trovava la gioielleria di suo padre.
