    Il risultato è una chiesa paesana di notevoli dimensioni (pianta 26,5 m x 15 m, altezza torre 36 m), costruita in stile neoromanico. La consacrazione della chiesa avvenne il 17 marzo 1901.

    Il design degli interni è caratterizzato da numerose caratteristiche Art Nouveau, visibili ad es. B. al soffitto a cassettoni a tinte vivaci, che si conserva ancora nell'originale, al lampadario e ai ballatoi.

    Nel 1934 la chiesa ricevette un nuovo organo realizzato da Eule, Bautzen. Nel 1944 la parrocchia di Brockau fu finalmente scorporata dalla parrocchia madre di Elsterberg e incorporata nella Ev.-Luth. parrocchia di Netzschkau.
