    Il viadotto di Treffry era utilizzato come tram e per trasportare l'acqua attraverso la valle di Luxulyan. Fu costruito nel XIX secolo da Joseph Thomas Treffry, proprietario della Fowey Consols Mine. Questo imponente progetto di ingegneria è alto 90 piedi e lungo 670 piedi. L'acqua trasportata attraverso il viadotto veniva utilizzata per alimentare la vicina Ruota di Carmears.

    Il viadotto è costruito con pietra locale proveniente dalle cave vicine, collegate tramite tramvie al viadotto.

    Un tratto assolutamente magico di pista ciclabile e pedonale condivisa che segue il fiume Par su quella che un tempo era una vecchia tramvia. Sei circondato da ricordi del passato storico della valle di Luxulyan, con edifici fatiscenti, camini e il viadotto di Treffry, tutti utilizzati qui per l'estrazione dell'argilla.
