For detailed and up-to-date public transport information, it's best to check the websites of local transport providers like De Lijn, planning your route to Rotselaar or nearby Holsbeek/Wezemaal.

What is the best season to hike the Beninksberg Descent trail, considering specific conditions?

The Beninksberg Descent trail offers beauty year-round. However, if you plan to visit during winter or after heavy rainfall, be aware that sections, particularly the western access, can become very muddy and slippery. Appropriate waterproof footwear with good grip is highly recommended during these times. Spring and autumn offer pleasant temperatures and vibrant scenery, while summer provides lush greenery.
