    Non è lontano da questo Ritterstein all'Asse mondiale del Palatinato. C'è un parcheggio proprio accanto, e poi c'è una bella grande pietra che proclama con orgoglio "Kaiserslautern".

    Quando un tempo il bosco veniva portato dal bosco di Kaiserslautern attraverso il passo alla Leinbachtal al Trift, quassù c'era una casa con una stalla per i cavalli da tiro, perché qui gli animali venivano cambiati per protezione.
